Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send back unused items within 30 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the returned item(s).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refund conditions

You will receive emails throughout the return process. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.

Return shipping charges

Sally Pacific only covers return shipping charges for items that are defective, items that look different to the image on the website, for incorrectly delivered items, or items not delivered in original packaging.
